Job Description: Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Analyze customer software workflow and advise on customer efficiency improvements. Advise on software workflow using Spatial technologies and define technical requirements. Define success criteria and perform training and knowledge transfer to new customers. Write and create individualized Proof of Concept applications in various programming languages. Maintain existing customer relationships long-term and follow-up on any critical issues that arise. Demonstrate the technical capabilities for the components to prospective clients and assist with pre-sales activities to showcase our solutions. Work closely with development partners to align on roadmap objectives and provide consultation on best practices and optimal product usage. Telecommuting permitted. International travel required up to 15%.

Job Requirements: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematic, Physics or in related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

Special Requirements**: Position requires experience,

knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:

   Software engineering, technical or software development, and navigating the technical aspects of the product portfolio;

**2. Software components including ACIS, CGM, 3D InterOp, and 3D Precise Mesh;

Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, providing superior service, resolving critical issues, and driving customer success;
Using complex technical concepts on non-technical audiences, present software product functionalities, and conduct training sessions;
Analyzing customer business processes and advise on efficiency improvements;
Interpreting technical requirements, proposing ICT solutions to business problems, and making informed decisions;
Developing individualized Proof of Concept applications in various programming languages with software engineering principles and coding proficiency;
Sales or business development to maximize sales revenues and drive business transformation to propose software solutions tailored to the client's needs; and
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and lead projects and coordinate with sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
