What you'll do...
IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE
Lead the application of Process Improvement tools and methodologies (5S, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, time and motion studies) to eliminate loss and improve performance within Distribution Center functional areas, aligned to Network Process Structure and the Walmart Performance System (WPS) .
Deliver functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and standard work creation , reducing process variation and supporting operational consistency.
Partner with Area Managers to review, guide, and support execution of process improvement initiatives , ensuring alignment to WPS expectations.
Apply new Network One Best Way playbooks , contributing to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams through project ideation and identification of replication opportunities.
Support the tactical deployment of WPS methodology , managing execution of top loss projects while building process improvement capability across leaders and associates.
Conduct loss profile analysis, performance metric reviews, and gap assessments to support sustained WPS integration.
Partner with Department Managers to advance WPS initiatives, associate engagement efforts, and KPI improvements within assigned process areas.
Lead cost savings initiatives by systematically removing loss from processes and driving measurable efficiency gains.
Leadership, Governance & Execution
Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building strong stakeholder partnerships, supporting operational plans, and driving initiatives aligned to customer and business needs.
Establish clear goals and accountability frameworks, track progress, identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate adaptability while promoting continuous learning.
Promote and uphold Walmart's policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity in all areas of responsibility.
Associate Leadership & Development
Provide supervision and development support by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning work, recognizing contributions, and fostering a culture of belonging .

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
