How you'll make an impact in this role

Design Custom Recovery Paths: You'll perform initial and ongoing assessments, transforming clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care that meets the patient where they are.

Deliver Hands-On Excellence: Use your technical skills to provide direct therapy interventions, adapting your approach to the unique physiological and emotional needs of each patient.

Empower Families: Recovery is a team effort. You'll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the journey toward home.

Lead with Mentorship: Serve as a clinical guide for PTAs, students, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and shared learning across the department.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
