Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's.

Schedule: Part time- 24 hours weekly

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Clerk? You'll be:

Processing and verifying a high volume of invoices for accuracy and proper approval.

Matching purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents to ensure compliance.

Researching and resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal departments to maintain smooth operations.

Preparing and processing check runs, electronic payments, and ACH transfers in a timely manner.

Maintaining vendor files and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Assisting with month-end closing and account reconciliations to support financial accuracy.

Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.

Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

Are proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Can work independently as well as part of a team.

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
