What You'll Do
As a FABLOCK Setup & Operator you'll be part of our team located in Montpelier, IN. ?You'll get to: ?
Make Set ups onmachines, andcheck end results visually and with test.
Make needed adjustments andassistin filling large hoppers.
Perform torque tests asrequired.
Install tooling in machines,set -upandmaintainall machines.
Works closely withEngineering on proto@type parts when needed.
Operates machines as needed
Operates PIV as needed
Trouble shoot machinery and quality issues
Notify supervisor topurchasetooling, and machine repair parts asrequired
Obtains approvals from QC on all PPAP parts when Lead is not available
Followsappropriate housekeepingprocedures according to guidelines.
Ability to work overtime as needed
Performs all other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED
Effective written and oral communication skills
Interpret instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form
Apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Followsappropriate housekeepingprocedures according to company guidelines
Ability tooperatea torque wrench and/or machines.
Basic mathematical understanding and ability (add, subtract, divide units of measurement)
Practical application of proportion and geometric construction
Organized -abilitytomaintainorderlywork stationsand tool crib area
