Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about helping others? We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. In this position, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly. What You ll Do Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Answer a multi-line phone system and schedule appointments Process intake paperwork and client payments Make appointment reminder calls Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records File, scan, fax, and prepare correspondence Audit client forms and files for completeness and accuracy Process outgoing mail Help maintain a clean and organized office environment Work collaboratively with coworkers to support the mission of the organization Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and privacy laws What We re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or vocational training preferred At least two years of administrative experience Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Understanding of filing, recordkeeping, and office procedures Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally Ability to move throughout the office as needed Why Join Us?
