As a Manufacturing Industrial Engineer Associate, you will support plant operations by improving labor efficiency, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain time standards, labor metrics, and staffing plans

Conduct time, motion, and ergonomic studies to improve efficiency

Analyze operations and drive cost reduction and process improvements

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Support continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and standard work

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required

2+ years of manufacturing experience

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or industrial engineering methods

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
