Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in West Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, you will support daily operations through effective scheduling, file management, and reporting tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while utilizing your administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage schedules to ensure efficient daily operations.

Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

Assist in preparing and maintaining quality assurance reports.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including light formula creation in Excel.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to support operational needs.

Handle inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to callers.

Conduct research using tools such as Google Maps to support project requirements.

Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and standards.

Provide receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes. Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on clerical tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and basic formula creation.

Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage and organize both paper and digital files effectively.

Experience with data entry and quality assurance reporting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
