Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Stockton, California. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional administrative support, and ensuring organizational efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and general office support.

Answer and direct inbound calls with a high standard of communication and customer service.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets.

Support receptionist duties by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries in a friendly and attentive manner.

Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring timely arrangements.

Handle correspondence such as emails and memos to facilitate clear communication within the organization.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, edit, and organize documents effectively.

Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and improve workflow efficiency. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach to phone interactions.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and deadlines.

Previous experience in receptionist duties or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Familiarity with basic office equipment and technologies, such as printers and scanners.
