Description

Seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to support recruiting and HR functions. This role will play a key part in day-to-day administrative support, communication, and coordination across recruiting and HR activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, with Spanish fluency being the most critical requirement.

Provide administrative support to Recruiting and HR teams

Interview scheduling and coordination

Candidate communication

Employee and recruiting documentation

Serve as a point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking candidates/employees, both verbally and in writing

Maintain accurate records and files

Support data entry and tracking using:

Microsoft Office: Excel spreadsheets

Assist with general office and clerical tasks as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic to intermediate computer skills

Experience using:

Microsoft Office

Excel

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience working in an office environment

Exposure to HR or recruiting processes (not required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hugo, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
