How you'll make an impact in this role

Organize and coordinate office support functions, activities and work-flow for assigned functional area or department.

Service Coordination: Manage telephone coverage, supplies, and professional correspondence.

Process Improvement: Track policy updates and recommend ways to streamline office functions.

Operational Oversight: Organize filing systems and manage schedules within budgetary constraints.

Information Resource: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
