HR products encompass both technology solutions (Human Capital Management, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, SaaS platforms) and data-driven tools (reports, dashboards, file extracts). Key ResponsibilitiesHR Product OwnerDefine and advance the HR product vision in collaboration with HR leadership, subject matter experts, agile development teams (HR and Shared Services) and other stakeholders.Take ownership of HR product outcomes, ensure timely delivery, proactively manage risks and dependencies to support the achievement of project goals.Manage and prioritize the HR product backlog for biweekly sprints and quarterly program increments to align with the HR roadmap.Actively engage in agile events, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Create and manage features, user stories, and subtasks with clear user acceptance criteria.Evangelize best practices, keeping the team up to speed on trends in HR technology and agile methodologies.HR Program ManagementMaintain the HR portfolio-level project view and how it maps to strategic priorities.Provide quarterly updates of the portfolio view to the HR leadership team.Project manage the biannual employee engagement survey, annual trust index survey, business continuity planning and special projects as required.Travel Information5% Domestic.
