Key Responsibilities
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Additional responsibilities include:
Develop deep expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs and technical requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and innovative approaches.
Analyze recurring problems and implement preventive measures to reduce future incidents and improve system stability.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management DRM
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support
Experience with Oracle Hyperion Reporting
Bachelor's Degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
