Overview

Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service? Join our team as a Lead Greeter/Cashier and be the welcoming face of our establishment. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can greet guests with a smile, assist them with inquiries, and handle cashiering duties efficiently. As a Greeter/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests.

Summary:

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere

Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities

Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns

Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.

Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Become an ambassador for our brand, embodying our core values and helping to create an exceptional team environment

Assist Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff

Resolve employee and guest-related problems

Communicate with Manager on all matters relating to the Restaurant

Act as the on-the-floor supervisor of the Restaurant
