The Opportunity :

Drive and grow the Army's business while leveraging expertise and key client relationships to assist with business development and market growth across the Army. Assist with large-scale capture and solutioning efforts with teammates, vendors, and internal partners. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing divers e Army systems to business development initiatives. Provide leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Assist with building and representing a team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget , schedule, and performance standards. Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change. This position is located in Picatinny, NJ.

You Have:

10 + years of experience with leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consult ing

10+ years of experience in leading capture and proposal activities for defense solutions acquisitions

10+ years of experience in program management roles, including leading technical teams to successful deliver on complex programs

Experience with DoD munitions, weapon s, or Organic Industrial Base portfolio and business models

Experience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and leaders from the DoD community

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, manufacturing techni cia ns, quality assurance, business operations, and corporate enterprise groups

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics

PMI Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
