Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations which included:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
Monitor workflow to ensure productivity, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
Collaborate with other distribution centers and Benco departments (operations, customer service, purchasing, etc.) to resolve issues and maintain consistent operations
Responsible for the creation of, and maintenance of required reports, used by Warehouse and Operations teams
Analyze performance metrics and assist with the implementation and follow-up of any Quality / LEAN / Continuous Improvement process improvements
Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and labor planning
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Responsible for associate coaching/training - documentation, constructive/progressive discipline practice, performance review process, associate meetings and touch-points
Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
Associates degree in Business or related field or equivalent education/experience
2-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred
Experience with Infor systems preferred
Knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS), inventory control practices, and Continuous Improvement/Quality Systems
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Available for travel (estimated 10%)
