Aston Carter has partnered with a client in Kansas City, Missouri, who is looking for an HR Associate to support their team for a 6-8 week project. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, data entry, and general office and clerical duties. The position is open due to a recent hiring ramp-up, and the team needs additional support during this busy period.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including new hire onboarding, data entry, and employee documentation management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle high-volume HR activities and provide general administrative support.

Responsibilities

Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.

Provide data entry support using Paycor.

Manage employee documentation and file organization.

Offer general HR administrative support.

Conduct initial candidate screening and support recruitment efforts.

Handle high-volume HR activities efficiently.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience in candidate screening and recruitment coordination.

Familiarity with Paycor Recruitment software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Work Environment

The position is based in a blue-collar business environment at our location in Riverside. The working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The role requires adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Riverside, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
