Experience with technology sales or advertising sales.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in managing a high-performance sales team.

Experience in programmatic sales with a proven record of consistent success.

Knowledge of the linear, connected TV (CTV), social, and digital video marketplace.

Knowledge and passion for Google's ad products, especially Display and Video 360.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive clients and stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead a team of DV360 Account Strategists in the US, Canada, and Spanish Latin America (SPLA), helping to onboard and grow GCS mid-market new business for programmatic clients.

Develop and foster C-Level relationships at strategic Agencies and Advertisers.

Build strong relationships with partners across Google, collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, share insights, and drive customer success.

Develop innovative strategies that enable seamless onboarding onto DV360 and ongoing account growth.

Partner with cross-functional teams to enable success for DV360 Account Strategists.
