We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing national team. This is a fully remote role focused on the intersection of data management and insurance sales support. You will be responsible for producing high-accuracy quotes for medical and ancillary insurance products, serving as the essential link between our Sales team and Underwriting partners.

This is not a sales role. You will not be making cold calls or closing deals. Instead, you are the engine behind the scenes ensuring that every quote we send to small businesses across the U.S. is timely, and compliant.

Detail Obsession: You find the one typo in a 200-row spreadsheet that everyone else missed.

The "Liaison" Mindset: You can professionally and clearly explain to a busy Sales Rep exactly why a specific document is missing or why a quote is pending.

Technical Comfort: You aren't intimidated by navigating multiple proprietary systems and carrier portals simultaneously.

Remote Discipline: You are self-motivated and can maintain high productivity during standard business hours without in-person supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Precision Quoting: Prepare and generate comprehensive insurance quotes bundling medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.

Data Management: Manipulate and update client data within Excel, using functions to ensure outputs are ready for underwriting.

Underwriting Coordination: Act as a gatekeeper, gathering all required client documents and ensuring submissions meet every carrier requirement.

Sales Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales partners, providing real-time updates on quote status and troubleshooting missing information.

Process Tracking: Monitor the pipeline of active quotes to ensure no request falls behind schedule.

Work Schedule & Training

Work Hours: Standard business hours (Approx. 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM in your local time zone).

Mandatory Training: A structured training period will be required from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT. Attendance during this window is mandatory for the first 2-3weeks.

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must reside in the United States)

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Excel Proficiency: Beginner to intermediate level. You must be comfortable with data manipulation and basic functions.

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in healthcare or the insurance industry (medical/ancillary) is highly preferred.

Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills are required for coordinating between internal departments.

Analytical Ability: You must be able to interpret insurance-related data and recognize discrepancies in plan options.

Adaptability: A quick learner who can pivot between different carrier tools and internal systems.
