Description

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this contract role, you will play a key part in supporting the onsite construction team by ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining accurate project documentation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the onsite construction team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

Collaborate with the Site Supervisor to manage project logistics and maintain daily field reports.

Organize and maintain project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Coordinate site amenities, including arranging food procurement and keeping the trailer organized.

Handle inbound calls and manage general office communications with professionalism.

Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Assist with receptionist duties, greeting visitors and addressing inquiries as needed.

Monitor and replenish office supplies to support the construction team's needs.

Act proactively to identify and resolve potential administrative challenges.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in data entry and document management systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle inbound calls and provide attentive customer service.

Familiarity with general office equipment and software applications.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
