Description We are looking for a skilled and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Newport Beach, California. This role is centered on delivering exceptional client experiences, fostering relationships, and ensuring smooth store operations. Responsibilities:

Provide personalized and memorable customer service experiences by guiding clients through the custom scent creation process.

Build strong client relationships to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining customer loyalty.

Maintain a detailed client book and engage in consistent communication to nurture long-term connections.

Ensure the store environment meets high brand standards, including cleanliness, music, and overall ambiance.

Oversee daily operations such as opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth functionality.

Manage inventory levels by tracking stock, replenishing items, and presenting products attractively.

Coordinate with leadership on product needs, store events, and overall performance metrics.

Assist in planning and executing in-store events, private gatherings, and workshops to elevate the customer experience. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a call center or retail environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Proficiency in order entry and managing customer inquiries.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage inventory and store operations.

A proactive attitude with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
