Position Description:

The Senior Director, Warehouse Operations Technology & ICQA will lead strategic initiatives across logistics, warehouse operations, and systems integration to drive enterprise-wide efficiency and scalability. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in ERP/WMS systems, cross-functional collaboration, and operational transformation. The individual will work closely with Operations, IT, and Commercial Business Units to align systems and processes with long-term business goals.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning and execution of logistics and warehouse operations initiatives.

Oversee ERP and WMS system integrations and upgrades to enhance operational performance.

Drive inventory optimization and accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.

Develop and implement performance dashboards and reporting tools for operational insights.

Direct cross-functional teams in automation, process improvement, and change management projects.

Mentor and develop high-performing teams across logistics and systems functions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute scalable solutions.

Act as a business-oriented leader focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Education and Experience:

10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.

Proven track record in ERP/WMS systems integration and optimization.

Strong project and program management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.

Extensive experience in logistics, systems integration, and operational leadership.

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Physical Job Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and the warehouse.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move materials weighing up to 10 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Occasional travel may be required.

Reports To: Vice President of Supply Chain & Inventory

Environment: Office and warehouse environments with occasional exposure to varying temperatures, moderate noise, and warehouse conditions. Hybrid work arrangement may be considered.
