Job Title: Sales AnalystJob Description

The Sales Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Department by analyzing data, coordinating sales activities, and providing insights that enhance sales and corporate strategies.

Responsibilities

Analyze and track sales performance metrics, including volume, pricing, revenue, materials, and scrap.

Prepare and distribute comprehensive internal and external sales reports.

Support the development of sales strategies, staffing plans, and lifecycle management processes.

Manage special orders, pricing entries, regulatory documents, and coordinate services.

Conduct research on market trends, government regulations, and industry developments, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.

Assist with customer meetings and information gathering, with limited travel required.

Essential Skills

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including formulas, charts, and data analysis.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable with computer-based work and occasional interaction on the shop floor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Customer service experience.

Financial analysis proficiency.

Experience with data management.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and pivot tables.

Sales analysis experience.

The work environment is a combination of a manufacturing setting and an open office with cubicles. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
