Dance Fitness Sales

Position Overview:

We're hiring a Sales Associate to generate leads, nurture those leads through the sales cycle to convert to members, client engagement, and community outreach. This is a part-time, in-person role for a motivated, results-driven, people-loving superstar who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role is 75-80% focused on sales and client experience, and 10-20% team coordination and operations.

What You'll Do:

Lead Generation & Sales

Connect with warm leads via phone, text, email, via socials, and in-person consultations

Guide new clients through membership options and overcome objections with confidence

Hit or exceed weekly/monthly sales and conversion goals

Keep prospects moving through the funnel using our CRM software

Client Experience

Create a welcoming, high-vibe experience for every client who walks through our doors

Be a visible, upbeat leader during class check-ins, events, and community activations

Work with the team to ensure brand standards are consistently achieved

Marketing & Outreach

Represent the company at local events and pop-ups

Assist with social media and promotional efforts

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners

Team Coordination

Collaborate with all other positions to ensure seamless class execution

Communicate updates, wins, and challenges with leadership and team members

Are a strong communicator (verbal & written) with a confident, upbeat vibe

Are organized, goal-oriented, and excited about hitting numbers and growing a business

Have experience in sales, fitness/wellness, performing arts, hospitality, or customer service

Know your way around tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, Canva, etc. (or are willing to learn!)
