CTG is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III with strong Salesforce expertise to support a large enterprise banking client. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building and enhancing complex business applications.

Location: Remote

Duration: 8 months

What You'll Do:

Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Apex, Flows, Validation Rules)

Act as a senior technical contributor on complex, high-impact projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams from design through UAT and deployment

Oversee and mentor junior developers; coordinate development activities

Develop and execute test strategies including UAT and regression testing

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues

Drive technical standards, documentation, and best practices

Evaluate new tools, technologies, and vendor solutions

What You Need:

6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience

Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, declarative tools)

Experience with GitLab and VS Code

Hands-on experience with UAT and regression testing

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

Banking or financial services industry experience

Test automation experience

Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integrations

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.98 - $93.29/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
