Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Overview

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable working independently, and capable of handling basic computer and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and route phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner

Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team

Prepare basic documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel

Scan, file, and organize documents as needed

Learn and utilize internal IBM-based software (training provided)

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong data entry and administrative support skills

Professional phone etiquette and customer service experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Basic computer operation and email management

Ability to accurately scan, file, and organize documents

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
