Aerospace Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Aerospace Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling aerospace-grade products with precision and expertise.

Responsibilities

Accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Perform precise mechanical and structural assembly tasks using a variety of hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and templates.

Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality compliance.

Perform functional tests on assembled products.

Document all assembly and testing data accurately.

Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety procedures, including AS9100 compliance.

Essential Skills

Experience in mechanical assembly, preferably within aerospace, space, and satellite manufacturing.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering documents.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Experience with hand tools and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-4 years of assembly experience.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Knowledge of AS9100 standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
