Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Beach Haven, New Jersey

Type: Contract

Compensation: $18.50/hour

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM | May 6, May 7, & May 8

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Greet and meet customers professionally upon their arrival

Answer phones approximately 6-10 times daily, direct calls, and take messages

Make copies and perform other clerical duties as assigned

Assist staff with general administrative tasks

Support office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning

Receptionist Job Requirements:

Previous receptionist or clerical experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally

Business casual dress code adherence, no jeans

Must be punctual and reliable

Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment
