Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a vital member of the production support staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of press runs by accurately preparing and verifying production paperwork. Job Title: Production Administrative Assistant

Location: Riverside, CA

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday - Saturday

What's the Job?

Produce accurate production paperwork for all press runs by accessing and consolidating data from multiple sources.

Process data efficiently and enter it into various internal programs with high accuracy.

Verify all information to ensure correctness and completeness before finalizing documentation.

Collaborate with team members to coordinate production schedules and address any discrepancies.

Maintain organized records and documentation to support operational workflows.

What's Needed?

Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and data management tools.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and verification.

Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Fluency in both English and Spanish to facilitate communication across diverse teams.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
