Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Administrative Assistant I to join their team. As a Administrative Assistant I, you will be part of the EHS department supporting safety and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

Location: Manchester, PA

What's the Job?

Monitor and facilitate communication within work order systems to ensure timely task completion.

Conduct non-technical safety inspections of equipment and upload results into tracking systems.

Manage safety training records and coordinate certification renewals with leadership.

Generate and distribute physical PIT Operator licenses to supervisors.

Perform periodic inspections of safety supplies and restock as needed.

What's Needed?

1-4 years of prior administrative experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
