The Compensation Insights & Analytics team addresses complex Total Rewards challenges by streamlining processes and delivering scalable solutions that inform wage investment decisions. Leveraging AI and automation, the team enhances delivery speed and impact while reducing friction for associates and leaders. With strong expertise in analytics, stakeholder management, and collaboration, the team transforms varied datasets into actionable insights through an agile approach. Their commitment to sustainable design supports business objectives and drives continuous improvement, ensuring effective and efficient solutions across multiple segments and functions.
What you'll do:
Identify and assess data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements to ensure data quality and relevance.
Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
Develop and implement data visualization strategies to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.
Guide the design of user-centric applications integrating data insights for enhanced decision-making.
Mentor team members on analytics methods, storytelling, and business @context interpretation.
Drive execution of analytics projects aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
Develop AI-powered agents and solutions using tools like VS Code, to support Total Rewards partners.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in data analytics, including BigQuery and NoSQL database technologies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries.
Expertise in data quality management, data governance, and enterprise data strategy.
Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and drive business outcomes.
Demonstrated project management capabilities with a focus on delivering measurable results.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
