\ \ Responsibilities\ \

Oversee daily and promotional inventory replenishment, including

SSOs, new item launches, and feature orders.

Monitor sales and merchandiser reports to identify issues and drive

corrective action.

Analyze inventory trends, address low/outofstock risks, and

implement resolution plans.

Provide weekly updates on reprints, inventory status, and launch

readiness.

Manage inventory levels across channels, including transfers,

reserves, and Sams Club inventory/orders.

Conduct weekly inventory reviews and adjust forecasts and

replenishment strategies.

Support promotional and seasonal demand through proactive shipment

planning.

Investigate inventory exceptions and ensure consistent product

availability.

Perform ad hoc sales and replenishment analysis as needed.

Qualifications\ \ \ \

Minimum 3 years relevant replenishment or inventory analysis

experience, preferably with a Walmart or Sams vendor.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Success in this role comes from strong ownership, attention to

detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.

Able to analyze large amounts of data quickly and provide actionable

recommendations.

Excellent attention to detail and timely responsiveness to internal

and external requests.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools

Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI-based workplace tools

Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain,

Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
