Job Title: Powder Coating Specialist

Responsibilities

Follow standard operating procedures to produce products consistently and safely within quality standards.

Operate a spray wand in the wash bay.

Use a combi forklift to move material ranging from 2 feet to 40 feet in length.

Operate a scissor lift.

Remove products from the line and stage them properly.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.

At least 1 year of experience in powder coating.

Strong mechanical aptitude, preferably with structural or large equipment, assembly, or laser experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to plan and organize work centers effectively.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with a team of 40 employees, either in pairs or independently. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with Fridays off. The role requires the use of personal protective equipment, including hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, welding helmets, and welding gloves.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason City, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $20.30/hr.
