Skills and Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Mechanical Experience (piping, plumbing, HVAC etc)

Large scale commercial construction experience (data, center, semiconductor, biopharm, hospitals etc)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Skill in project management monitoring, in addressing changes in scope and budget, and in the use of a computer and applicable software.

Strong understanding and emphasis on Safe Work Practices and Quality Installations

At least five years of related experience in HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Process Piping.

Education and Experience:

Minimum

o High School Diploma or equivalent, and completion of two year Business or Technical Degree.
