Lead, supervise, and coordinate pipe crew activities on assigned

projects

Interpret project plans, specifications, and job requirements

Assign tasks and ensure crew productivity and quality standards are

met

Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA,

company safety policies, and site-specific safety plans

Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and enforce PPE requirements

Operate and oversee the use of equipment, tools, and materials

related to pipe work

Monitor job progress, production rates, and material usage

Identify and report job site issues, delays, or safety concerns to

management

Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, and job documentation

Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades as

required

Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and best

practices

Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and professional

Work Environment

Outdoor construction environments

Exposure to noise, weather, and varying site conditions

May require travel and occasional overnight stays depending on

project location
