The Senior Manager, Operations - Program Management Strategy drives advancement of complex strategic priorities by defining success frameworks and shaping key performance indicators across initiatives. This role supports multiple strategic pillars by ensuring alignment on how progress is measured and communicated. Partnering with cross-functional teams, including the broader Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Strategy organization, this leader connects strategic intent to measurable outcomes. They synthesize inputs across initiatives to assess progress and surface insights for leadership. Additionally, this role drives alignment with stakeholders, challenges assumptions, and strengthens how impact is articulated to drive clarity, accountability, and forward momentum.
What you'll do...
Lead execution of KPI validation frameworks and success metrics across multiple strategic initiatives.
Translate complex, cross-functional inputs into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
Partner with pillar leaders and teams to align on priorities and ensure consistency in how progress is measured and reported.
Assess initiative progress and synthesize updates to highlight impact, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with analytics partners to ensure metrics are well-defined, actionable, and supported by reliable data.
Influence stakeholders by challenging assumptions, driving alignment, and supporting decision-making at senior levels.
Build strong partnerships across teams to connect workstreams and advance strategic priorities.
What you'll bring...
Extensive experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a related field supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame ambiguous problems and define clear paths forward.
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, concise insights and executive-ready narratives.
Experience defining or working with KPIs, metrics, or performance frameworks in a business @context.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams, including senior leaders.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear and compelling messaging.
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and driving alignment without direct authority.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
