Chenega Advanced Solutions and Intelligence Services, LLC (CASIS), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chenega Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. CASIS is an 8(a), ANC-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ. We are a professional services provider specializing in the delivery of Intelligence Operations and Cyber Support Services to the Department of Defense (DoD) & other agencies within the U.S. Government (USG).
CASIS is a part of Chenega Corporations Military, Intelligence, and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The SBU operates as a leveraged services model that increases the depth & scalability of our support staff while reducing costs to our customers. Chenega MIOS has over 1,700 employees located across the United States & internationally, with experience that includes management of contracts valued at $2 Billion that provide services to large federal agencies.
The Data Management Manager is responsible for the quality, accuracy, and distribution of transactional data. Manage a team of logistics analysts to maintain data and produce reports & dashboards as requested by the customer. Work in a matrixed environment with other teammates, customers, and vendors to meet the terms of the PWS.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and modify data structures to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting.
Maintain timeliness and quality of data in Maximo and all aspects of reporting, dashboards, etc.
Develop standards of operation when handling and archiving data
Maintain data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems
Oversee the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures
Evaluate the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with business requirements and design documents
Assess system performance and make recommendations for hardware, software, and data storage improvements
Ensure data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security systems
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering or other position-related discipline with an advanced degree or documented experience in business or finance.
5+ years of responsible experience in government contracting with a minimum of either 5+ years in operations or 5+ years of contract control-based management with 5+ years of documentable operations control knowledge.
Background check required
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced education and/or training in database management/reporting
Recent and verifiable experience on a contract similar in size and scope to the Prime Contract.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Maximo CMMS knowledge desired.
Strong business acumen skills required.
Must demonstrate critical thinking andproblem-solvingskills, a strong work ethic, the ability to be a self-starter, and the desire to work and succeed in a rigorous and challenging dynamic business environment.
Excellent writing, presentation, verbal skills, report preparation, and technical writing required. Examples may be required for review.
Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and direct varied programs and tasks involved within the daily activities of the contract.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
