Responsible for advancing our safety culture and station success in the Airport Operations organization through performance observations, station interactions and other engagements.

This role is a part of the Airport Performance and Readiness group within our Airports organization.

What you'll do

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

Identify and communicate business process inefficiencies

Analyze findings, determine root causes, and develop recommendations to improve station performance

Support company delivery transformation projects and change management

Assist in special projects and investigations

Work in a variety of environments, including outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to travel approximately 50%, including international travel

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent training/experience

1+ year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Airline experience

Previous audit experience or root cause analysis identification

Knowledge of airport processes and procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with advanced Excel skills

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Detail oriented

Excellent organization skills

Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
