Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Shifts Available:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Noon - 8:00 PM

2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

What a Typical Day Looks Like

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service

Take customer orders and provide pricing information

Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery

Generate business leads and communicate opportunities to sales

Create orders, procure loads, negotiate, and resolve shipment issues

Update customers on shipment status via phone and email

This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:

High school diploma or GED

2 years of logistics experience (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized and can prioritize tasks

Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
