GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Response Security Officer!

As a Security Officer - Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it's customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

What's in it for you: You must have experience in Construction projects, especially in areas in which people skills are a premium. Must be in reasonably good shape.

Site Location: Las Vegas, NV

Set schedule: Full-time: 8 to 12-hour shifts.

Shift 1: Grave: 5pm to 5am: Friday to Sunday.

Shift 2: Grave/Day Mix: 5pm to 5am: Thursday/5am to 5pm: Saturday & Sunday.

Shift 3: Grave: 5pm to 5am: Monday to Wednesday.

Shift 4: Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Wednesday to Sunday.

Competitive hourly wage of $17 to $19 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

You protect workers and visitors by providing critical access control.

You have outstanding attention to detail, as you patrol the area, keeping area free of theft, damage, injury, or threats of harm.

You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

You provide rapid response in critical situations.

You are able to patrol the areas using the tools that can include car, golf cart, and feet.

You have the stamina to work, sit, or stand throughout your shift, and can handle any weather conditions.

You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.

You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.

You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.

You are in excellent shape in order to stand, sit, or walk throughout your shift, and handle any weather situations.

You have at least 2 years of security experience, and at least 1 year of construction experience in a fast paced, difficult, and physical environment.

You excel in using computers, laptops, CCTV, cell phones, and other electronic tools in a safe manner.

You have a valid Driver's License.

You have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

You have high work ethic.

You have a valid PILB in hand.

You are authorized to work in the U.S.
