This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

AWS is seeking an experienced Business Developer to help us establish AWS as the market leader for AI-driven Decision Intelligence capabilities, beginning with Supply Chain and expanding into adjacent domains. This strategic initiative represents one of AWS's key investments in applied AI for enterprise transformation. With a robust and ever-growing product roadmap, the Business Developer must combine enterprise sales experience with strong understanding of AI/ML applications in business @contexts.
The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging at the C-suite level to drive strategic transformation initiatives while also collaborating with technical stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. You will lead strategic customer advisory relationships, develop and execute account strategies for Fortune 500 companies, and help shape our product roadmap based on customer feedback. This role requires excellence in executive communication, strong understanding of enterprise decision-making processes, and proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Internally, you'll be the voice of the customer working directly with AWS product teams, while also leading the creation of thought leadership content that defines how AWS communicates its technology to customers. Your influence will extend to company-wide impact, driving transformative solutions at scale.

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
5+ Years of Supply Chain business development or sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent
Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
Experience designing and launching new products from the ground up
Experience in building profitable partner ecosystems
Experience selling AI/ML or emerging technology solutions
Background in supply chain, operations, or enterprise planning software

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
