Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, travel and expenses

Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, track follow-ups

Create and enhance presentations

Build and analyze data sets using Excel

Collect and interpret operational data to support decision-making

Coordinate cross-functional work and maintain structured documentation

Qualifications

Strong MS Office suite skills

High level communication and attention to detail

Ability to work on-site in a fast paced environment supporting a global team

Organizational and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable handling sensitive information

Associates degree or commensurate experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
