USCYBERCOM Cyber Mission Force (CMF) certification at the Basic Certified Capability Development (BCCD) level as specified by USCYBERCOM CMF, Army, 780th MI BDE, and CSD policies is a condition of employment. Depending on experience and skill levels, portions of the CMF training may require incumbent to perform an extended TDY for a period of 3 to 6 months. Failure to achieve and maintain certification requirements will result in removal from this position. The incumbent must achieve and maintain CMF certification within the following timelines: USCYBERCOM CMF certification at the Basic Cyber Capabilities Developer (BCCD) Level including the Army Basic Skills Level Exam (BSLE) and any additional Army requirements within 12 months. In accordance with DoDM 8140.03 and supplemental Army guidance, the employee must obtain and maintain the following requirements for each Cyber work role (except Data, AI, and/or Software Engineering) at the assigned proficiency level: 1) Foundational qualification requirements within 9 months, 2) Resident qualification requirements within 12 months, 3) 20 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) per work role code (which can overlap).
