Custody Operations Specialist (Entry Level)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

This role focuses on organizing and tracking loan files in a secure vault. You'll spend most of the day walking, filing documents, and checking accuracy.

What You'll Do

Pull and file loan documents on shelves

Make sure files are in the correct location

Look for missing files using the computer and physical shelves

Keep files neat, organized, and accurate

Be on your feet most of the day, using step stools when needed

What We're Looking For

Basic computer skills (Excel a plus)

Good attention to detail

Able to follow instructions and stay organized

Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs

Willing to learn - no vault experience required

Work Environment

Quiet, clean vault (office-warehouse style)

Business casual dress

Comfortable shoes recommended

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
