Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Provides clerical support for the Admission, Progression, and Graduation Committee.
Transcribe minutes and provide to committee chair after meeting conducted for approval.
Committee meeting minutes are effectively captured and edited for appropriate meeting content.
Review faculty-student match upon receipt from the Course Coordinators.
Prepare and send student attestations to all clinical affiliates for both undergraduate and graduate students which have met Mandatory Requirement compliance.
Student Mandatory Requirements - Tracking Information and Communications - Responsible for tracking Mandatory Requirement compliance verification and clinical clearance approval process for all enrolled students.
Maintain the Mandatory Requirements spreadsheet with dates. The drug and background screenings, liability insurance, CPR certifications, and Office of Student Affairs forms will be tracked for all incoming students before new student orientation to ensure compliance.
Responsible for following up and communicating with students through email and navigate in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
Ensure all graduating students expected to graduate have all Mandatory Requirements completed before graduation. - Responsible for checking Liability Insurance monthly.

Appointment Type: Classified Probational
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday; work hours will be determined by the department
Work Location: 1900 Gravier, New Orleans, LA 70112
Compensation: Starting salary range for AS609 $28,642 for AC3 or AS611 $32,781 for AC4. Pay is dependent upon applicants' qualifications. There is an additional $1 Longevity pay for hours worked only.
