Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting audit processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting principles and intercompany financial management.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.

Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure cash flow consistency across entities.

Support year-end audit activities by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.

Track financial covenants and oversee debt service agreements to ensure compliance.

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions efficiently.

Perform treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.

Coordinate year-end closings and ensure timely completion of financial statements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting standards.

Analyze and report on financial data to support strategic decision-making. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management.

Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting practices and reconciliation processes.

Expertise in audit support and year-end closings.

Proficiency in managing financial covenants and debt service agreements.

Familiarity with treasury activities and cash flow analysis.

Hands-on experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
