Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $19.39

Shift: Third

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.

Follow prints and specifications to operate routine production machinery accurately.

Adhere to all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functional.

Perform routine activities to produce parts within established specifications and tolerances.

Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring quality and cosmetic standards are met.

What's Needed?

Willingness to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for machinery operation.

Basic understanding of production equipment or the ability to quickly learn.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Flexibility to work the third shift and perform routine tasks consistently.
