What you'll do...
IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE
Applies Process Improvement tools and methods (e.g., 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and time-and-motion studies) to eliminate losses within Distribution Center areas, aligned to Network Process Structure and Walmart Performance System (WPS) programs.
Delivers expected functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creation of standard work to reduce process variation.
Assists in the review, execution, and response to process improvement projects owned by Area Managers.
Applies new Network "One Best Way" playbooks and provides input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams on project ideation and replication opportunities.
Supports the tactical deployment of WPS methodology, managing execution of top loss projects within the functional area.
Builds process improvement capability of Area Managers and associates.
Supports area loss profile analysis and performance metric tracking; develops gap analyses to support WPS integration.
Supports Department Managers with WPS programs, projects, associate engagement, and KPI improvements within process areas.
Leads savings projects within the area of responsibility by eliminating waste and loss from processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.
