Department: LPH Desktop Support

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $48.56 - $72.84 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This is a fully onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote work option. The position will provide leadership support across Longs Peak Hospital, Broomfield Hospital, and affiliated clinics, requiring regular travel between sites. This leader is also expected to participate in the technical on-call rotation.

Summary:

Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function within Information Systems.

Responsibilities:

Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.

Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.

Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.

Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED.

5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

Demonstrated technical skillset with experience partnering with and supporting SMG-level leadership
