Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (PLCY/PLN) in the Information Technology Division (CIO3) of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will plan for and provide full life cycle support for IT hardware and software assets, from procurement through disposition. You will direct and oversee submission of NMCI orders, validates delivery of goods and services, and reconciles relevant invoices. You will develop performance standards to evaluate employee performance. You will provide direct supervision of IT management and customer service support provided by the NAVFAC SW Information Technology Division staff. You will ensure the delivery of telecommunications services for the command, including landline phones, cellular voice and data services and other data network services.
